Our department is committed to providing a quality and unsurpassed educational experience and service to students, with an interest in technology studies. Our goal is to ensure that upon completion of our degree programs, students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to be creative and competitive in the technology industry.

We recognize that engineering technology job markets require more of technology graduates than just knowing how to apply math and scienctific principles. This is why each of our program include management and leadership courses that prepares our students for engineering management and leadership roles, in addition to being an engineering technologist. 

We work closely with our Industrail Advisory Board, ensuring that our course and program offerings are congruent with industry practices and demands. Additionally, we base our program assessment on ABET, Higher Learning, North Central, and other accreditation agency's standards. We believe that continuous assessment of our programs maintains the quality and integrity of each degree our gradutes achieve.
