Cost per person is $25.00.
Employer workshop that will provide managers of entry level professionals with strategies and suggestions on how to coach, mentor and reinforce the savvy soft skills. Discussion topics:
- Generational issues that shape the transition from college to professionals
- Identify strategies to address interactive style issues that occur in the workplace
- Explore ways that supervisors and managers can enhance development and reinforce savvy interactive skills in new hires
- Examine typical communication examples that demonstrate needed improvement and why they occur
- Develop strategies that increase an employee's awareness of written and oral communication performance

Meet with students and recent graduates in Architecture and Design in a open format. If you identify students you would like to interview individually, we will be happy to arrange and provide a private space immediately following the event or at a later date and time for your use.
